The Evansville Commission on the Social Status of African American males will host its second meeting Saturday, February 22. It'll be at the C.K. Newsome Center at 10 a.m.

The topic of discussion, House Bill 1482, more commonly called Indiana's "Second Chance Law." It allows people who qualify to petition the court to have their criminal records concealed or even expunged.

The forum is free and open to the public attorneys will be on hand to answer any and all questions.
