We are at a press conference with the Evansville Police discussing the Sugar Mill Creek arson suspect's mental health. The suspect, Michelle Hershberger, is being held in the Vanderburgh County Jail without bond. She has not made an initial court appearance yet.  Evansville Police say she admitted to officers she set the fire Wednesday night because voices told her to do it, she wanted to die, and to kill another resident. She was under the care of a worker with Res-Care, an agency that helps people with disabilities. The fire quickly spread from her room's curtains to her entire building. No one was hurt, but the building was torn down Thursday because of safety concerns.
We will share details of the Evansville Police's press conference as soon as we get them.
