A Fairfield High School teacher has been arrested and suspended, after Illinois State Police say he secretly videotaped female students.

School officials released a letter today informing parents and students of the situation involving math teacher and track coach Timothy Going. The letter states earlier this week, custodians found a video recording device in the girl's high school locker room. The letter does not disclose how going is involved, but that a substitute teacher will take over his class the remainder of the year.

Going has been suspended with pay, pending completion of the investigation.
