Fifth Third Bank Shows Military Appreciation

Fifth Third Bank employees do their part to send a piece of home to our military overseas.

130 employees from branches around the Tristate form an assembly line at Ford Center, putting together care packages filled with snacks and candy.

The care packages will be sent to military around the world. One Fifth Third employee tells us this is the least she can do to show her appreciation to military members that sacrifice so much.

"There's so many things that we want to do to be apart of the community. This to us is just another seal of approval that we're ready to help fight with the soldiers. One way we can do that is send these out to them."

Along with Twinkies and candy in each care package is a hand written thank you letter.
