City commissioner and former Henderson mayor, Tom Davis, is charged with impersonating a police officer.
Kentucky State Police is revealing more details behind the criminal indictment of a Henderson City Commissioner. Tom Davis, who is also a former Henderson mayor, faces a felony charge for allegedly impersonating a police officer Sept. 3, 2013.
Investigators say Davis confronted two men at the Rally's restaurant along the Highway-41 strip in Henderson. During that contact -- officials say Davis made the two men believe he was a police officer -- and asked for their i-d's.
Davis is scheduled to make a court appearance Tuesday in Henderson Circuit Court.
