Former Landscaper Arrested for Dealing Marijuana

A former landscaper is accused of some illegal landscaping in his Evansville home.
A former landscaper is accused of some illegal landscaping in his Evansville home. Evansville Police detectives arrested Christopher Burch Wednesday on charges of dealing and possessing marijuana.

Officers received an anonymous complaint that he might have drugs in his home. But when they searched his house in the 2900 block of Graham Ave., detectives say they found more than 50 marijuana plants.

They say the growing operation was very sophisticated, fit with expensive lights, fans, and filters. Burch apparently told detectives he had been growing marijuana for awhile, perhaps as long as six months.
