Relatives of an Ohio County woman who went missing 20 years ago are frustrated with new issues surrounding the search for her remains.

Family members of Patsy Kessinger say they know where her body is, but they can't search the area. The property owner will not give them permission.

Two people were charged in 2012 for her murder, Vernon and Debra Calloway.

"My mother's ill," said Patsy's brother, Darrell Kessinger. "She just had a heart procedure done. I want to bring my sister's remains home before my mother passes away. This was her only daughter, and I feel that I have to do what I have to do to bring my sister home."

The two people charged have not been convicted. Vernon died while waiting to go on trial last year. Debra's trial was scheduled to start May 6, but was moved to later this summer.
