A vote is expected Monday night on the proposal for a multi-million dollar fairgrounds project.
The Gibson County Redevelopment Commission is expected to vote on the proposal for a multi-million dollar fairgrounds project tomorrow night.
The meeting was originally scheduled for last Monday, but snow and ice caused officials to postpone it until 6:00 tomorrow evening.
The fair board is seeking funding to: build a new convention center, replace four open-air concession stands, bring infrastructure up to state requirements, and build a new 4-H building.
