Some high school seniors in Evansville spent time the classroom today at an elementary school.

Seniors enrolled in the EVSC's Randall Shepard Academy for Law and Social Justice stopped by Delaware Elementary. The seniors gave a group of 5th graders a lesson in economics.

But if you ask the seniors about what's really important, they'll tell you it's about being a positive role model for younger kids.

"I think it's really important," said Harrison High School Senior Isabel Aguilar. "Just thinking about economics in general, we think it's all about money. It's about a lot of skills we need to know as a skill and putting a name to these skills is important."

The seniors gave lessons on supply and demand, scarcity, and different types of trade.
