High school students from all around the tristate came together at USI for the school's annual Media Day.

The students are learning about social media, digital audio and video editing, writing, and journalism ethics.

A number of USI faculty and local media professionals, including our own Tabnie Dozier, spoke at the event.
Students see it as a time to learn from those already in the field they're looking in for a career.

USI has been hosting media day for more than 20 years.
