Indiana convenience store owners are in federal court legally fighting to sell cold beer. The two-day long hearing started this afternoon in Indianapolis.
The store owners argue Indiana's law prohibiting cold beer sales in grocery, pharmacy, and convenience stores is outdated and costs thousands of jobs.
Those who support the law argue if all stores were able to sell cold beer, it could put small liquor store owners out of business.
