Indiana Excise Officer Hailed as Hero

An off duty Indiana State Excise Police Officer is being called a hero after saving a man's life.
An off duty Indiana State Excise Police Officer is being called a hero.
Captain Patrick Fulford was talking to a man in Sullivan Thursday, when the man collapsed.
Captain Fulford began CPR and within minutes the Sullivan Fire Department  arrived and took over.
The 66 year-old man was transported to Terre Haute Regional Hospital where he remains in the intensive care unit.
Fulford is a 29 year police veteran who oversees the 2 Indiana State Excise Police districts that cover all of southern Indiana.
