A new study shows Indiana restaurant workers are breathing cleaner air.

The study conducted by University of Southern Indiana professor, Dr. Mark Krahling, shows indoor air quality in Indiana has improved since the statewide smoke free air law went into effect two years ago.

It shows the level of fine particles for indoor air has dropped 85 percent since 2012. Fine particles are released from burning cigarettes, are easy to inhale, and can create a variety of health issues.
