Today kicks off the first of three events for the group scheduled at Ford Center. 6,000 worshipers are in town over the next few days, many of which travel from all over the Midwest to be here.
"We chose Evansville," said Nathan Barrett. "It's such a wonderful atmosphere, wonderful place to be we really appreciate the community here, and how they've accepted us being here with welcome arms and we really love the area."
Barrett says it takes a lot of planning to organize this event every year, but seeing the overwhelming turnout always makes it worth while.
