Over the last 25 years, lotto officials say there have been $9 million prizes have been handed out, and $4 million have gone back to the state for scholarships and grant programs.

"For every 95 cents for every non-loan student financial aid dollar is lottery funded in grant scholarship," said Sara Westerman, "So, that is a great thing for us to be able to say a lot of people don't know that."

Bingo is the longest running scratch off game for the Kentucky Lottery. The largest top prize ever offered on a scratch off was $1 million.
