Kentucky Officials Hosting Public Meeting for Road Project

Transportation officials want residents to know about a public information meeting next week regarding a major road project in Daviess County, Kentucky.
Transportation officials want residents to know about a public information meeting next week regarding a major road project in Daviess County, Kentucky.

Officials will discuss the plans to widen Kentucky 54. The project would run from U.S. 60 to Jack Hinton Rd.

Anyone who wants to learn more about the project or give feedback is welcome to do so on Tuesday at Highland Elementary School. The meeting starts at 5 p.m. A formal presentation is set to begin at 5:30 p.m.

Officials say they will also accept written and oral statements at the meeting.
