A large planting ceremony was supposed to be held tomorrow signaling the comeback of hemp. A legal battle over DEA detained hemp seeds from Italy is taking center stage.

Ag Commissioner James Comer said he's disappointed, but hopes the seeds will go in the ground soon.

Eight hemp pilot projects are planned this year in Kentucky. Hemp and marijuana are considered cousins, but hemp won't give users a high.
