Malaysian Airlines Flight Loses Contact with Air Traffic Control

A Malaysia Airlines flight that was headed to Beijing from Kuala Lumpur has lost contact with air traffic control.
A Malaysia Airlines flight that was headed to Beijing from Kuala Lumpur has lost contact with air traffic control.

The boeing 777-200 has 227 passengers and a dozen crew members on board. Malaysia Airlines released a statement saying Subang Air Traffic Control in Malaysia lost contact with flight MH-370 about two hours into the six hour flight.

A search and rescue team is working to track down the aircraft.
