Man Accused of DUI of Meth, Pot and Alcohol

A traffic stop for speeding in Posey County leads to a driving under the influence arrest.
The Posey County Sheriff's Office says Nicholas Hurse was driving 75 in a 55 mile per hour zone.
Deputies say he had alcohol on his breath when they pulled him over. Deputies say he had a blood alcohol level below the legal limit of .08,  at .06, but also had marijuana and meth in his system.
