Man Pleads Guilty to Robbing Three Banks

A Henderson County man pleads guilty to robbing three banks across the region two years ago.
A Henderson County man pleads guilty to robbing three banks across the region two years ago. 40-year-old Weston Hurd faces no more than 20 years for each count if convicted.

Hurd admitted to robbing three banks, starting with the Ohio Valley Financial Group in Henderson in August of 2012.

Hurd also robbed the Kentucky Telco Federal Credit Union in Owensboro in October of 2012 and First Security Federal Bank in Owensboro in December 2012.

Authorites say Hurd stole more than $6,000. He's scheduled to be sentenced in November.
