Man Who Allegedly Stabbed Ex-Wife Is Now In Jail

Evansville Police say Titus Chambers turned himself over to the Vanderburgh County Jail this morning.
An Evansville man wanted for stabbing his ex-wife in front of two children yesterday morning has turned himself over to police custody.

Officers say Chambers stabbed Rachael Carnahan Monday morning in the 2100 block of Ravenswood Drive and two 11 year old children witnessed the stabbing.

Police believe Chambers found out Carnahan has a new boyfriend.

Carnahan's injuries are non-life threatening.

Chambers is booked in the Vanderburgh County Jail.

His bond is set at $70,000.
