Murder Suspect Leads Police on Low Speed Chase then Commits Suicide

2 dead after early morning argument that led to a shooting in Knox County, IN. 
Indiana State Police say 48 year-old Todd Godare of Bicknell shot and killed 33 year-old Paul Russell of Bruceville around 2am.
Investigators say Russell saw Godare coming him towards him, Russel ran into a home, grabbed a baseball bat and returned. Police say the two had an argument near Durbin and Cherry streets, when Godare pulled out a gun and shot Russell. Godare then fled the scene in his truck.
Vincennes police spotted Godare 2 hours later. Police say they they attempted to stop him and that led to a low speed chase. After driving around for about 3 minutes, Godare pulled over on SR61 and shot himself.
Both autopsies are scheduled for Thursday morning.
