The legal fight over same-sex marriage reignites in Indiana. The latest federal lawsuit was filed this week on behalf of three same-sex couples who want the right to marry in Indiana.
This is different from the first suit filed last week. That one is similar to a suit several couples won in Kentucky by having gay marriages performed in other states legally recognized in their home state.
Same-sex marriages are illegal in Indiana, and some lawmakers are working to put the law into the state constitution.
