Evansville officials have not yet decided how to move forward following Tuesday's Supreme Court Decision, but one organization has a suggestion.

Smoke Free Communities is calling on the city to address what it calls the shortcomings of the current ordinance.  It is asking the city to adopt a new ordinance which bans smoking in all public places, including the casino.
