Patoka Man Arrested for Allegedly Trying to Steal CSX Property

Sheriff's deputies say they saw Richard Dillon loading railroad material into the flatbed of his truck.
A Patoka man is arrested after allegedly trying to steal CSX property.

Gibson County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 51-year-old Richard Dillon around 9:00 Sunday morning. Deputies say he backed his truck up to the rail road tracks near Elizabeth Street in Patoka. When they arrived on scene, deputies say they saw Dillon loading railroad material into the bed of his truck.
   
Dillon has has been charged with theft but has since posted bond.
