Paula Deen is making a comeback. She has created a new company that touts her southern cuisine.

"Paula Deen Ventures" is launching less than a year after she lost her TV contract and many sponsors over a racial slur. Her new company includes restaurants, cookbooks, and other Deen products.

Deen is partnering with Najafi Media, a Phoenix-based company which specializes in consumer distribution. Najafi is betting on Deen's loyal fan base to put her back on top.
