Police make Arrest in Owensboro Shooting

Police have arrested a 22-year-old man for allegedly shooting another man this morning at a home on Sycamore St.
New information tonight about a shooting investigation in Owensboro. Police have arrested a 22-year-old man for allegedly shooting another man this morning at a home on Sycamore St.

Chance Morrow is being held without bond in the Daviess County Jail tonight. He's facing one charge of felony assault.

Owensboro Police responded to a disturbance call at a home in the 200 block of Sycamore just before 11 a.m. Officers say Morrow shot Mario Talbott in the chest.

Talbott was taken to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. No word on his condition tonight.
