Purdue Professor Predicts Gas Prices Increasing this Summer

Gas prices will be slightly higher this Summer.
Gas prices will be slightly higher this Summer. That's according to a Purdue University economics professor. Wally Tyner is predicting prices to increase to $3.90 a gallon.

He anticipates a decline in gasoline consumption along with an increase in refining capacity in the united states. Tyner says refinery outages or political instability in areas like Ukraine could still "rattle the market."
