Rare, Never Before Seen Collection on Display at Angel Mounds

Angel Mounds is hosting the viewing of a rare, never before seen collection of Native American artifacts.
Angel Mounds State Historic Site hosts the viewing of a rare, never before seen collection of Native American artifacts.

The artifacts came from the Mann Site; a large village and mound complex in Posey County.

The collection is featured in the King Case display.

Jerry King says he's been working for years on the project -
"It's a miracle that we could find these things and actually save them and study them and present them to the school children of Posey County and to the adults who are interested in our past heritage."

The artifacts include clothing and figurines of Native American history.
The display will be available for the next three months.
