Tomorrow is primary election day in Indiana, and tonight candidates are busy asking for support.

Tonight, Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke, Vanderburgh County Commissioner Marsha Abell, and other Republican leaders gathered for a "Get Out and Vote" rally to encourage residents to head to the polls Tuesday.

The group met at Stringtown Rd. and went door to door reminding people to vote tomorrow.

"Other people in other countries really wish they had the opportunity that we have," said Abel, "and so it's important for us to exercise our right to vote. Plus, if you don't vote, you're allowing a small percentage of people make all the decisions for you."

Abell looks to be re-elected as District 2 county commissioner.
