One minute they're on the air trying to warn people, the next thing you know an EF-2 tornado ripped through a Daviess County Radio Station.

That happened in November and there's still clean-up work happening.

Former Indiana State Representative and eighth district congressional candidate Dave Crooks is President of DLC Media in Washington.
He shared pictures of the restoration with us.He was actually on air when the tornado hit parts of the radio station on the city's west side.

As you see, the station suffered heavy damage. Luckily, Crooks and his staff were not hurt.

He tells us the station is inside a former bank branch and he's had to have some bank safes removed.
