Madisonville police say over the past month there have been more than 30 cases of vandalism and 6 cases of car theft. One of the more severe cases of vandalism was at the Badgett Center. 11 windows were knocked out, police say likely using rocks from the nearby railroad track.
Police say the string of vandalism is all over the city, also affecting houses and vehicles. Police have no suspects. If you would like to submit a tip you can call the Madisonville Police Department at 270-821-1720 or Hopkins County Crime Stoppers at 270-825-1111.
