School Zone Speed Limits Changing with the Times

There are new schedules for EVSC students. This means drivers will need to adjust to changing school zone speed schedules as well.

There are new schedules for EVSC students. This means drivers will need to adjust to changing school zone speed schedules as well.

Elementary schools will now start at 8:15 a-m and end at 3:10pm.

The corporation says the 20 miles an hour speed limits will be enforced for elementary schools from 7:40am to 8:20am and 3:05 to 3:30pm.

Expect increased police patrols and crossing guards, especially during these times.

K-8, middle and high schools run from 7:40am to 2:30pm.

Drivers will face up to a $1,000 fine for speeding in a school zone.
