Scooter Bill Passes Indiana House

The bill that would put more regulations on scooter owners moves along once again.
The bill that would put more regulations on scooter owners moves along once again. The House passed the bill 81-14. The legislation now moves to the Senate for a vote.

The proposal would require owners to register their vehicle with the BMV. they would also have to pass an exam, have a license plate, and no longer carry passengers.
