Students Choose Not to Lose

24 students took part in the Choose Not to Lose drawing, but only one drove home with a brand new Jeep.
Two dozen were chosen, but only one would walk away with the grand prize.

24 Vanderburgh County students took part in the "Choose Not to Lose" drawing. The campaign rewards young people for making positive choices.

Each participating school randomly selected three students to receive a key that might unlock the grand prize -- a new Jeep.

One by one, the teens tried their keys, hoping to unlock the vehicle.

Harrison High School freshman Sarah Mitchell was the lucky winner.

All students in the running were required to have a record free of any discipline problems and maintain a minimum "C" average or better.
