Students Learn How to Prevent Bullying

Students are getting a lesson in how to prevent bullying. On Thursday, author Michelle Bain presented her anti-bullying book, "Splotch The Madpole" to Caze Elementary in Evansville. She's written 72 books so far, but this is the first to address bullying. She said it's important for students to learn about the topic at a young age.
"So hopefully they remember how they felt or what they observed watching someone else bully some other child and maybe not do it in the future. Just have a filter because that's so hard at that age," Michelle Bain said.
A parent guide accompanies the book. Each student got to keep a copy of their own.
