Charges against a Madisonville, Kentucky woman arrested last year following a drug raid have been dropped.

18-year-old Monique Dallman was arrested, along with 50-year-old Nancy Dallman and 53-year-old Jorge Equrrola, after police found an estimated 10 pounds of marijuana in their West Broadway home.

The marijuana was valued at more than 40,000 dollars.

According to the Hopkins County Attorney's Office, the charges against Monique Dallman were dismissed later in 2014.

Nancy Dallman was indicted on drug charges and entered a plea deal to avoid jail time according to the Hopkins County Attorney Byron Hobgood.

Equrrola was also indicted on drug charges, but apparently skipped town last June. Hopkins County Attorney Byron Hobgood says there is an active warrant for his arrest.
