Toppled Trees and Downed Power Lines in Corydon

Saturday night's storms downed a lot of trees and power lines - especially in one Henderson city.
Saturday night's storms brought plenty of wind and rain - and toppled trees around the Tristate.

One such tree closed a major roadway in Corydon, KY around 10 Saturday night. It took a small army of Kentucky Transportation crews to get the huge limbs off of the roadway and nearby powerlines.
According to the Henderson County Emergency Management Agency, there were no injuries from the storm. And no buildings were damaged. Power was out for some customers, but it was restored by 1:30 Sunday morning.
All roads are back open.
