A routine traffic stop lands an Evansville man in jail for possession of marijuana.

Troopers say 21-year-old Joshua Woods was speeding near North First Ave. and North Park Dr. in Evansville last night when he was pulled over.

When the trooper smelled marijuana, he searched the vehicle and allegedly found more than 660 grams of pot and paraphernalia, and $1,900 in cash.

Woods is in the Vanderburgh County Jail without bond.
