Two Evansville men face felony charges after a Trooper discovered over 20 pounds of marijuana in their vehicle during a traffic stop.

The drugs were discovered on February 4th when 54 year-old Randy Rheinhardt was stopped for speeding  just oustside of Elk Mountain, Wyoming.

Rheinhardt has also been charged with speeding and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Wyoming authorities say the amount of marijuana seized from Rheinhardt and passenger 28 year-old Jon-Paul File is more than anyone would have for personal use and suggests serious criminal activity.

The marijuana is believed to be from California and was planned for delivery in Indiana.
