Two Men Still Wanted for Murder in Paoli Shootings

Indiana State Police confirm that two men, 35-year-old John Robert Carpenter and 36-year-old James Davidson, are both wanted for murder. Police say two people were shot and killed, a third wounded Monday morning outside of Paoli.

Carpenter and Davidson are both natives of Marengo, and Davidson was seen there just last night.

Police have already arrested one suspect, 48-year-old Elbert Brooks of New Albany, Indiana, charging him with two counts of murder, one attempted murder, and burglary.
