Some University of Evansville students are kicking off the weekend by hot tubbin' for Easter Seals. The Phi Gamma Delta Hot Tub-A-Thon started this afternoon and goes until midnight. The annual event is held at the Fiji House near UE.

The fraternity brothers hope to raise money for Easter Seals through pledges and sponsorships. Their goal this year is $14,000.

"Service is actually one of the five values we live by," said Austin White of Phi Gamma Delta. "We try to incorporate it in everything we do. Whether that's giving back through philanthropies like this or just helping out local charities in the community. We just try to do that every day."

The Hot Tub-A-Thon continues Saturday from noon to 4 p.m.
