Some good news for the Henderson county dog found last week severely abused and hurt, he's on the mend. The Arrow Fund in Louisville released this picture of Mooney. We told you about Mooney who was found with deep cuts to his neck, officials believe someone tried to cut off his head. He also had bite wounds over is body. Mooney is now able to sit up, he can walk but is still battling heart-worms and an infection in one of his elbows. The Arrow Fund says the dressings around his neck are changed daily. Adoption forms are being accepted for Mooney, a home visit and high fence are required. To help with Mooney's medical bills or fill out an adoption form head to www.thearrowfund.org
