Victim of Armed Home Invasion: "Their Intent Was To Kill"

A mother and son were the victims of an overnight armed home invasion in Henderson. HPD is searching for two suspects.

A mother and son were the victims of an overnight armed home invasion in Henderson. The Henderson Police Department is now searching for two suspects.

The invasion occurred in the 2400 block of Jamestown Drive. Henrietta Lawless and her son, Chris Young, said their garage door was open for a short amount of time when the men stormed into their home and attacked them.

Young suffered injuries to his back and head.

The Henderson Police Department said no arrests have been made and the incident is still under investigation.
