Warrick Co. Fugitive Arrested, Two Others for Assisting Criminal

A fugitive is arrested in Warrick County along with two other women.

A fugitive is arrested in Warrick County along with two other women.

Indiana State Police arrested 33-year-old April Miller of Evansville at the 5900 block of Stacer Rd. in Newburgh today. She was wanted for two counts of dealing methamphetamine, both Class A felonies.

Troopers and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force learned Miller was hiding in the attic of the home and warned her a K9 would be deployed if she didn't come out. Miller eventually surrendered and was taken to the Warrick County Jail.

66-year-old Carol Ausbrooks and 32-year-old Jamie Ausbrooks were also arrested for assisting a criminal. They are currently being held on a $10,000 bond.
