Prosecutors File Motion in Warrick County Voyeurism Trial

The Warrick County Prosecutor's Office files a formal response to the postponement of the voyeurism trial of Andrew Emmons.

Defense attorneys for Emmons accused Prosecutor Joann Krantz of withholding evidence. A judge granted a delay until all the evidence could be obtained.

According to the motion filed today, Krantz's office says all the evidence has already been turned over. The response also calls for the defense's motion that the trial be dismissed be denied.
   
Andrew Emmons faces 26 counts of child exploitation and voyeurism after being arrested in 2012.
