WEDNESDAY:  Mostly Sunny.  Breezy & Not as Cold with a High of 55-60.  Winds ESE 10-20

WED NIGHT:  Mainly Clear & Cold.  Low in the Mid 30s.

THURSDAY:  Partly Cloudy.  Breezy & Warmer with a High in the Mid 60s.  Winds S 10-20
