TUESDAY:  Mostly Sunny & Frigid.  High 20-25.  Winds N/NE 5-10

TUE NIGHT:  Mainly Clear & Frigid.  Low Around 10.

WEDNESDAY:  Increasing Clouds.  Not as Cold with a High of 30-35.  Winds NE 5-10.
