WEDNESDAY:  Mostly Sunny & Much Colder.  High in the Mid 20s.  Winds NW/W 5-15

WED NIGHT:  Mainly Clear & Frigid.  Low in the Mid 10s.

THURSDAY:  Mostly Sunny.  Windy & Frigid with a High of 20-25.  Winds NW/N 15-25
