THURSDAY:  Mostly Sunny.  Windy & Frigid with a High in the Mid 20s.  Winds W/N 15-25

THU NIGHT:  Becoming Partly Cloudy.  Frigid with a Low Around 10.

FRIDAY:  Clouds Increasing.  Not as Cold with Scattered Light Snow/Rain Moving in from the West Late in the Afternoon.  High 35-40.  Winds ESE 5-15
